MEET THE PRESENTER
Lekha Sharma
Director of People & Curriculum Development
Lekha Sharma is an experienced Senior and Trust Leader who has worked in schools and trusts nationally. She has led major initiatives in curriculum design and leadership development, including authoring the core content for the NPQs with the Teacher Development Trust. She has a master’s degree in Learning and Teaching from Oxford University and she is also a published author of Curriculum to Classroom (2020) and Building Culture (2023). Passionate about school culture, leadership development and educational equity, she regularly shares her insights and research through speaking, writing, and coaching.
