Jade explains how leaders can look at embedding an evidence-informed culture into their schools. She discusses key enablers to developing evidence-informed practice: relationships and trust, development and the use of evidence. In the latter half of her talk, Jade turns to the practical implementations of these, outlining steps which can be implemented in the classroom to try and embed evidence-informed practice.
